Since the websites launch in October we have recieved an abundance of positive feedback.
Thank you all who have shown interest and support for the project.
There has also been the offer of several pieces of land to house us which is nothing short of fantastic!
Progress is being made on several fronts, so continue to watch this space!

We are currenlty looking for premisises to base the Natural Horse Centre.
We are looking for:
A minimum of 20 acres of organic / unfurtalized land
In the Ashdown Forest are of East Sussex. Ideally within a short drive of Forest Row.
2 to 3 barns to act as a large open field shelter, a hay store and an events area for educational clincis and demonstrations.
We also need a warm dry classroom area
Secure storage for tack and equipment.
A sandschool or schooling area.
Emergency stabling in the event of an injury.
We are looking to house around 20 equines on part, full and rehabilitation livery.
The atmosphere will be one of peace with the emphasis on a calm happy environment.
This is will not be a loud busy stable yard with screeming horses and yelling owners!
Through out the spring, summer and autumn months the horses will live on the track allowing the possibility for the majority of the land to be grown for hay, crops or summer grazing for farm / dairy animals. In essence this could work in partnership with organic / biodynamic / conscientious farming.
Due to the nature of the track needed the ground will need to be either naturally well drained or have an amount of hard standing or perimiter tracks either already in place or that can be put in place.
During winter months horses will graze rested long pasture, or "standing hay". For this an amount of the land will be kept fallow, rested on a rotation system, this reduces the chances of land sickness and track erosion.
We are looking for a supportive long term lease offering security to really get this thing going.
It really is time for a change!
If you like what you see and would like to support the mission either buy suggesting a property or by donating land for the project please do get in touch!
